How do I create an account?
Download VLVT from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up using your Apple ID, Google account, or email address. You must be 18 or older to use VLVT.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile, tap Settings (gear icon), scroll down and tap "Delete Account." Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
How do I report a user?
On any user's profile, tap the menu icon (three dots) and select "Report." Choose a reason and provide details. Our team reviews all reports and takes action as needed.
How do I block someone?
On the user's profile, tap the menu icon and select "Block." They won't be able to see your profile or contact you, and you won't see them in discovery.
Why can't I see any matches?
Make sure your profile is complete with photos and a bio. Also check your discovery preferences (age range, distance) to ensure they're not too restrictive. If you're in a less populated area, try increasing your distance range.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) according to their policies. Visit the App Store or Google Play support to request a refund.
