By accessing or using VLVT ("the Service," "the App," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law

We reserve the right to verify your age and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Account Registration

Sign-In Methods

We offer authentication through:

• Apple Sign-In
• Google Sign-In
• Email and Password

By signing in, you grant us access to your basic profile information (name, email) as permitted by the authentication provider.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription Plans

We offer premium subscriptions through in-app purchases managed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat.

Pricing & Billing

• Subscription prices are displayed in the app
• Billing is handled by Apple/Google
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel anytime through App Store or Google Play settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
• Refund requests handled by Apple/Google per their policies

5. User Conduct

Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT:

• Harassment: Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Hate Speech: Post content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity
• False Information: Provide false or misleading profile information
• Spam: Send unsolicited commercial messages
• Illegal Activity: Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Minors: Contact or solicit minors (under 18)
• Explicit Content: Share unsolicited sexually explicit content
• Scams: Engage in scams, fraud, or financial solicitation
• Automated Access: Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools

6. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post ("Your Content"). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and transmit Your Content for providing the Service.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review all user content
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Report illegal content to authorities

7. Matching & Communication

No Guarantees

We do NOT guarantee:

• You will find matches
• The quality of matches
• User authenticity or identity
• Relationship outcomes

8. Safety Features

Reporting & Blocking

You can report users for Terms violations, block users you don't want to interact with, and unmatch with users at any time.

User Safety

We do NOT conduct background checks or verify user identities. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY when meeting people from the app.

Safety Guidelines

• Meet in public places
• Tell someone where you're going
• Don't share financial information
• Report suspicious behavior
• Trust your instincts

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding user content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if greater).

12. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, if required by law, or at our sole discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes via in-app notification, email, or posting on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
